How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand and international logistics, our current delivery time is 3 to 8 business days . You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Is there a shipment tracking system?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will automatically send you an email with the tracking link. Please also check your spam folder.

Do you ship orders with multiple items together?

Depending on stock levels, items may be shipped separately. You will receive a separate tracking email for each package.

I gave the wrong address – what should I do?

Contact us immediately at dealsory@gmail.com and include your order number. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll adjust the address.

How does the return & exchange process work?

You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Register the return via our returns portal . You can find further details in our returns policy .

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at dealsory@gmail.com .

What payment methods are available?

We accept common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna and Apple/Google Pay (depending on your device and country).

My item arrived damaged – what now?

We're sorry! Please send us photos of the package and the defect to dealsory@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
